​How do I place an order?​

Add items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart, select the quantity then "add to cart" button.

Go to the shopping bag icon.

Select check out to pay with visa or via PayPal. Items added to your shopping bag are not reserved until you proceed to check out.

 

Can I arrange for a store pick up instead of having my order shipped?

Yes, you may arrange to pick up your order with a Teamshaeden member if you are located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Select "store pick up" option at check out and a member of our team will be in touch with you. Your confirmation number and a piece of ID will be required upon pick up.

What is your return & refund policy?

No refunds will be issued. Exchanges are permitted for products that are undamaged and in its original packaging.

SHAEDEN African Fabrics is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to an address provided by the customer.

 

What are your fabric specifications and care instructions ?

All fabrics are 100% cotton, wax print, with colour fast dyes. 6 yards is equivalent to 216" x 45".
In order to preserve the integrity of our fabrics we recommend you hand or machine wash your cloth or clothing and hang to dry.



Do you accept custom orders ?

Larger qualities for all the fabrics on our online store can be provided upon request.

What if the print I am looking for isn't here ?

If you are looking for a print or fabric that is not displayed in our store, email Teamshaeden@gmail.com
